Classroom observations 2:)

My second round of observations landed me at West Orange high school!! This was clause to home for me since my current Statistics teacher graduated from there. It also the closest high school where I currently live. Since High school is my expected grade range I’d like to teach, this could potentially be a starting school to my career! Anyways, I learned pretty much what path I want to take as I transfer to UCF in the fall. After observing in a marine biology classroom as well as a chemistry classroom, I’ve decided to go the chemistry route. In marine bio, we got to dissect a squid! But in chem class, we got to make alcohol from fermented pineapple!! That was fun in both instances, but I enjoyed the smaller class sizes as well as the more mature nature of the chemistry students!! I also was able to observe an intern who is a senior at UCF!! Very cool!!
